The return will be made once WANDERLUST CORNER, S.L. has received payment from the User of the amounts accrued for the delivery of the goods (according to the number of packages and the destination) in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph. If after 10 calendar days since WANDERLUST CORNER, S.L. has communicated in writing the amount to be paid, the User has not proceeded to said deposit, it will be understood that the packages have been abandoned for all purposes by the User, proceeding WANDERLUST CORNER, S.L. under the terms specified above for abandoned goods.

Payment of penalties
The penalties detailed in this section will be paid by the User with the same payment method used by the User when contracting the service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by WANDERLUST CORNER, S.L. if required by the User. CONSEQUENCES AND LIABILITY OF THE USER IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR OBLIGATIONS
The User shall indemnify WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY for any damages resulting from non-compliance with the obligations arising from this contract.
Non-compliance with the rental period
In particular, if the User does not empty the rented locker(s) by the rental expiration date, WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will be authorized to access the locker(s) to remove the stored items, with the aim of emptying them to allow their ordinary use by WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY customers. If necessary, WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will temporarily store the items and attempt to contact the User who did not comply with the rental period to arrange the return of such items to the User (the cost of which will be borne 100% by the User). After 48 hours without being able to contact the User or without the User contacting WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY and without being able to deliver the items, they will be considered abandoned by the User for all purposes. If necessary, WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will cease to store them and dispose of them as it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the nature of the abandoned goods.
For each day, starting from the rental expiration date, elapsed without the locker(s) being released by the User, and until its return or the retrieval of the items by the User, an amount equal to the daily price of the unreleased locker will be charged to the User. Additionally, a penalty of €150 will be charged, which the User must pay to WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY; this is without prejudice to WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY's right to compensation for any additional damages actually suffered.
Unless the User retrieves the items in person, WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will arrange for the shipment of the items to the User, subject to payment of the service by the User to WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY. In particular, if applicable, the User must pay WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY €25 per item if the shipment is to be made within the national territory and €50 per item if the shipment is to be made outside Italy. Delivery will be deemed to have occurred from the moment WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY hands over the items to the courier, with WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY assuming no risk for the transport of the items themselves.
The return of the items will be made once WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY has received payment from the User of the amounts due for the delivery of the items (depending on the number of items and the destination) as provided in the previous paragraph. If after 10 calendar days from when WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY has communicated in writing the amount to be paid, the User has not made the payment, the items will be considered abandoned for all purposes by the User, and WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will proceed as indicated above for abandoned items.
Failure to properly follow instructions
WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY reserves the right to remove any item that does not comply with the locker use rules and is prohibited. If necessary, WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY will be authorized to call the police and report the User's conduct, as well as to remove prohibited items.
The User is responsible for the items placed in the lockers

Damage caused to the lockers by Users
The User will be fully liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the lockers due to improper or inappropriate use. The User will be liable for any damage or deterioration caused to the lockers and other people's luggage if prohibited or hazardous items are stored, if items are poorly packed, or due to improper use of the lockers. If applicable, the User must compensate WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY for physical damage caused to the locker(s), facilities, or items stored in other lockers, as well as for lost profits.
In particular and without limitation, the User who caused the damage must pay WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY a penalty for each day the storage facility is unusable, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which is quantified in case of replacement at €1,000, all without prejudice to the right to compensation for any additional damages caused.
Payment of penalties
The penalties described in this section will be paid by the User using the same payment method used by the User at the time of booking the rental service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by WANDERLUST CORNER ITALY if requested by the User.
